What we store

Your email address and a hashed password; the CV you upload and the facts you confirm from it; your searches and rules; the jobs we match for you; every CV version we make; your applications; and your chats with your agent. We keep this so the product works and so you can see exactly what you sent where.

Where it is kept

On our own server in Singapore (Amazon Web Services), sent to and from you only over HTTPS. The website itself is served by Cloudflare.

The AI that reads and writes your CV

To read your CV, check jobs against your profile, and write tailored CVs, we send your CV text, your confirmed facts and the job postings to DeepSeek, an AI provider that processes data in the People's Republic of China. We send only what each task needs. DeepSeek's published policies do not say whether content sent through its developer API is used to train its models, so we do not claim that it is not.

Other services we use

Amazon SES sends our emails. Polar processes payments for paid plans; we never see your card details.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never share your profile with employers, and never apply to jobs or contact anyone on your behalf.

Export and delete

In Settings you can download everything we hold about you as one file, and delete your account. Deleting removes your profile, every CV, your applications and your chats from our database at once.
